Please be aware that these are not a wheelchair accessible accommodation. There are 5 stairs leading up to the porch of both the cottage and farmhouse as well as the tiny home, and a full flight of stairs leading to the upper bedrooms.

We encourage you to explore the property, but parents should be aware at all times where their children are, as this area does have bears and other wildlife. We assume no liability for any injuries incurred.

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Late arrivals, unused days and early departures will not be compensated.

Event and special holiday bookings have separate booking and cancelling policies.
